Windell Moore founded the firm in 2005 with a clear mission: to provide quality, consistent, and reliable accounting services, while treating every client as equally important. With over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, insurance, and education, Windell brings deep industry knowledge and a personalized approach to every client relationship.
Windell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from St. Francis College in New York and dual graduate degrees—a Master of Arts in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration—from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. She successfully passed the CPA exam and became a licensed Florida CPA in 2004. She is an active member of the Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA) and participates in the peer review program.
Beyond accounting, Windell is licensed in Florida for both 215 (Life, Health & Variable Annuity) and 220 (General Lines), specializing in retirement-focused insurance products. She has held key accounting and management roles in various corporations, contributing her expertise to both private and public sector organizations. As a dedicated educator, Windell has also served as a part-time instructor at Keiser University, where she taught accounting and tax courses.
Windell is committed to continuous professional development, regularly completing continuing education to stay ahead of changes in tax law, accounting standards, and technology—ensuring that her clients receive the most informed and effective service possible.
